# How it works in general:

The foundation of NextIn is based on the required capital for an idea after studying it. This capital is divided into two parts: working capital, which includes expenses, and capital related to assets. Based on this, the quantity of digital currencies and shares required for the project is determined, and each stage or task’s allocation of capital is specified, adding scarcity and limitation, which increases its value. Additionally, the value of digital currencies representing the project’s working capital is tied to its assets, providing a minimum value threshold and more stability, making them golden investment opportunities.

The expert phase involves the allocation of funds for experts, which is produced from the capital granted through our mining protocol (Choice Protocol). The marketing phase follows, where the specific marketing budget for the project is generated and granted through the protocol. Liquidity is managed through digital markets controlled by smart contracts and involves various stakeholders in the process, including employees who are given opportunities to become small investors in the projects they work on.

In short, NextIn operates in successive stages that complement each other, providing the necessary resources and guidance to turn any idea into a golden opportunity. It converts the required capital into digital assets, whether currencies or stocks, through decentralized connections between idea owners, experts, investors, content creators, marketers, influencers, and employees from around the world, offering benefits to each participant at every stage.
